Hi~ I’m Ebony

a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and Virginia.

As a mental health professional, I believe therapy should be intentional, accessible and grounded in real life. Not just theory.

I believe in thoughtful work that centers the individual, honors the context of lived experience and supports growth in ways that carry beyond the work we do together.

As you explore my practice, I invite you to get a sense of my approach, the values that guide my methods, and whether this feels like the right path for you and your mental health journey.
